AI ProSpark is a comprehensive real estate CRM platform that provides lead management, property tracking, market analytics, team coordination, and automation tools specifically designed for real estate brokers, agents, and brokerage firms.

Eligibility & User Requirements

User Responsibilities

• •Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and login information
• •Use the service in compliance with all applicable real estate laws and regulations
• •Respect client privacy and data protection requirements (GDPR, CCPA, RERA)
• •Not use the service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or prohibited activities
• •Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or other users' data
• •Comply with fair housing laws and anti-discrimination regulations
• •Not use the service to spam, harass, or threaten other users

Real Estate Professional Use

This service is intended exclusively for licensed real estate professionals, brokers, and their authorized agents. Users must comply with all applicable real estate licensing requirements, RERA regulations, and state-specific real estate laws. Unauthorized use by non-licensed individuals is strictly prohibited.

Data Ownership & Rights

You retain full ownership of all data you input into the system. We provide tools to export your data at any time in standard formats. Upon account termination, your data will be securely deleted within 30 days according to our data retention policy, except where required by law.

Service Availability & Uptime

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance via email. We are not liable for any damages resulting from temporary service interruptions or maintenance windows.

Acceptable Use Policy

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI ProSpark, AegisSphere Technology, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or costs arising from your violation of these terms, your use of the service, or your violation of any applicable laws.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately if you violate these terms or engage in prohibited activities. Upon termination, your access to the service will be revoked, and your data will be handled according to our data retention policy.

Modifications to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We recommend reviewing these terms periodically.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically the laws of Haryana. Any legal action or proceeding shall be exclusively brought in the courts located in Gurgaon, Haryana.
