Real Estate Compliance
Our platform is designed to comply with real estate industry regulations including RESPA, fair housing laws, RERA compliance, and state-specific real estate data protection requirements. We maintain audit trails for all transactions and client interactions.
Data Retention & Deletion
You retain full ownership of your data. You can export or delete your data at any time. Upon account termination, all your data will be securely deleted within 30 days, except where required by law to maintain records.
Data Deletion Instructions for Meta Integration (AegisConnect)
If you have connected your Facebook Page or Instagram account to AI ProSpark via AegisConnect and wish to delete your data, please follow the instructions below.
For Brokers (Page Owners)
- ✓Go to your Facebook Settings & Privacy → Settings
- ✓Click "Business Integrations" in the left menu
- ✓Find "AegisConnect" in your active apps
- ✓Click "Remove" and confirm
→ Your data will be deleted from our systems within 24 hours.
For Leads (End Customers)
If you submitted a lead form and want your data deleted, email support@aegissphere.in with:
- ✓Your full name and email used in the form
- ✓The Facebook Page name where you submitted
- ✓Approximate date of submission
→ We will verify and delete your data within 30 days.
Automatic Deletion
Lead data is automatically deleted from our systems 90 days after collection, in compliance with Meta's policies.
Third-Party Integrations
We integrate with third-party services (MagicBricks, 99acres, Housing.com, etc.) only with your explicit consent. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Google API Data Usage & Limited Use Policy
AI ProSpark uses a strictly self-hosted, in-house solution for all AI/ML processing, including lead scoring and analytics. We do not integrate with any third-party AI service providers, aggregators, gateways, or model hubs. All data is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS).
AI/ML Integration & Limited Use Compliance
- ✓All AI/ML processing occurs locally within our own isolated infrastructure hosted on AWS.
- ✓Google user data is never transmitted to any external model provider via API or any other means.
- ✓Our algorithms are not trained on Google user data.
- ✓Any processing that occurs is performed on anonymized, aggregated data that is fully isolated from the original Google user data.
- ✓We maintain complete, auditable data isolation to ensure Google user data is never used to create, train, or improve generalized AI/ML models.
Limited Use Compliance Statement
The use of raw or derived user data received from Google Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
