Real Estate Compliance

Our platform is designed to comply with real estate industry regulations including RESPA, fair housing laws, RERA compliance, and state-specific real estate data protection requirements. We maintain audit trails for all transactions and client interactions.

Data Retention & Deletion

You retain full ownership of your data. You can export or delete your data at any time. Upon account termination, all your data will be securely deleted within 30 days, except where required by law to maintain records.

Data Deletion Instructions for Meta Integration (AegisConnect)

If you have connected your Facebook Page or Instagram account to AI ProSpark via AegisConnect and wish to delete your data, please follow the instructions below.

For Brokers (Page Owners)

  • ✓Go to your Facebook Settings & Privacy → Settings
  • ✓Click "Business Integrations" in the left menu
  • ✓Find "AegisConnect" in your active apps
  • ✓Click "Remove" and confirm

→ Your data will be deleted from our systems within 24 hours.

For Leads (End Customers)

If you submitted a lead form and want your data deleted, email privacy@aiprospark.com with:

  • ✓Your full name and email used in the form
  • ✓The Facebook Page name where you submitted
  • ✓Approximate date of submission

→ We will verify and delete your data within 30 days.

Automatic Deletion

Lead data is automatically deleted from our systems 90 days after collection, in compliance with Meta's policies.

Third-Party Integrations

We integrate with third-party services (MagicBricks, 99acres, Housing.com, etc.) only with your explicit consent. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Google API Data Usage & Limited Use Policy

AI ProSpark integrates with Google services to provide a seamless real estate CRM experience. This section explains how we access, use, and protect Google user data in compliance with Google's API Services User Data Policy.

Data We Access

We access the following Google services with your explicit consent:

  • ✓Google Sheets — Read and write spreadsheet data to import and sync leads into AI ProSpark CRM
  • ✓Google Drive (read-only) — View and download files to attach documents from Google Drive to leads and deals
  • ✓Google Ads — View, create, and manage campaigns to track performance from the CRM dashboard
  • ✓Gmail — Send emails on your behalf to send personalized emails to leads directly from the CRM

How We Use This Data

  • ✓We use Google user data only to provide the user-facing features described above
  • ✓We use the minimum necessary scopes to deliver these features
  • ✓We do not sell, share, or transfer Google user data to third parties for advertising or any other purpose
  • ✓We do not use Google user data to train AI or machine learning models
  • ✓Human access to Google user data is strictly limited to support and security purposes, and only with explicit user consent

Prohibited Uses

In compliance with Google's policies, AI ProSpark will never:

  • ✓Use Google user data for targeted, personalized, or retargeted advertising
  • ✓Sell or transfer Google user data to data brokers or information resellers
  • ✓Use Google user data to determine credit-worthiness or for lending purposes
  • ✓Use Google user data to create, train, or improve generalized AI/ML models
  • ✓Allow human reading of user data without explicit user consent, except for security, legal compliance, or with the user's permission

Data Retention & Deletion for Google Data

  • ✓We retain Google user data only as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services
  • ✓You may request deletion of your Google user data at any time by emailing privacy@aiprospark.com
  • ✓Upon account termination, all data will be securely deleted within 30 days, except where required by law
  • ✓You can also revoke AI ProSpark's access to your Google data at any time via your Google Account Permissions page
